Garlic Curry Aioli


I served this with the sweet potato fries.  Make it up a day ahead of time.  It has a lot more flavor after it has sat overnight.  Its not a real Aioli, but it is close!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry

Combine all ingredients.  Refrigerate overnight.
