This is an extremely easy pizza to make. Use it as an appetizer, snack, or add to a meal.
Ingredients:
1 loaf Rhodes bread dough, thawed
1 tomato
1 cup mozerella cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
Basil to garnish
Stretch out the bread dough as thin as possible. Put onto a pizza tray. Brush thin layer of olive oil over the dough, top with basil and garlic. Sprinkle cheese and add sliced tomato. Top by drizzling the remainder of the olive oil and top with fresh chopped basil. Bake at 350 until the cheese is bubbling.
Serve hot out of the oven.
