Chocolate Ganache Frosting
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 cups quality semi sweet chocolate chips
Bring cream to a simmer and add chocolate chips. Let this rest for about a minute, then whisk in the chocolate chips. The mixture will thickens as it cools.
